In conformity with Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Right of access to personal data and other rights – Data Protection Code), in implementing the EU Directive 95/46/CE with reference to the personal data protection as well as the EU Directive 2002/58/CE, the treatment of relevant information shall be based on correctness, legality, transparency and secrecy protection principles and safe of your rights.

As set forth by article no. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we are herewith supplying you with the following information which you are kindly requested to accept selecting the I ACCEPT button.

• Data by you spontaneously supplied shall be processed within the scope of the data protection law.
• Data shall be processed and stored upon registration to the Service, as defined in the SecurityRED™ General Terms and Conditions.
• Data shall be processed and stored by PCs and other computer-based systems and/or on paper.
• Data relating to name, surname, address and e-mail address is compulsory, in order to supply you with the chosen Service and the eventual refusal of such data may cause the lack or partial supply of the Service; such data allow us to inform and update you on the status of the supplied Service.
• Sensitive personal data shall not be processed.
• Such data shall be processed and stored where the Service is based as indicated below (Contatti) as well as by the other registered offices located in Italy and treated by designated personnel.
• At any time you may exercise your rights against the owner of the processing as set forth by art. no. 7 of the Data Protection Code, in particular you may enquire into the eventual existence of your personal data processing; you may obtain without delay their communication in an intelligible way and their origin, their cancellation, their transformation into anonymous information or the blocking of data treated in breach of the law; their updating, amendment or their integration; the attestation that the above mentioned operations have been known to those to whom data have been communicated, except the cases where this fulfilment seems to be impossible or where it requires an employment of means manifestly disproportionate in comparison with the protected right; to oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate grounds to processing of your personal data, even if consistent with the purpose of storage.

1. Processing place.

The processing of data relating to SecurityRED™ Service is made where the Service is based and treated by the owner of the treatment or by eventual personnel dedicated for maintenance services. Personal data supplied with upon inquiry for advertising materials shall be treated within the scope of the requested Service and shall be transferred to third parties only whether necessary.
No data related to the Service shall be communicated or spread.

2. Kind of processed data.

Compulsory forwarding, explicit and volunteer of e-mail messages to the SecurityRED™ website www.securityred.com e-mail addresses, implies the acquisition of the sender’s e-mail address, necessary to reply to inquiries as well as any eventual personal data there inserted.

3. Obligatory nature.

Should you be interested in the use of the Service on-line supplied, you are obliged to insert your personal data on the application forms or indicated in “Contacts” sent in order to solicit advertising materials or other communications. Lack of their insertion implies the impossibility to obtain what requested.
Whenever requested by the Competent Authority, we inform you that the owner of the treatment shall be obliged to provide for the information requested.

4. Modalities.

Personal data shall be processed and stored by PCs and other computer-based systems, on an ongoing term useful to the purpose for which they were collected. Specific security measures are adopted in order to prevent data losses, unlawful or incorrect use and non-authorised accesses.

5. Rights of data subjects.

At any time you have the right to obtain the confirmation about the existence of your personal data and to know the content and its origin, to verify the correctness and to ask for integration or updating, or the amendment (art. no. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003). As set forth by the said provision you have the right to ask for the delete, the transformation into anonymous information or the blocking of data treated in breach of the law, as well as in any case to oppose to their processing for legitimate reasons.

6. Links.

For your convenience, specific third parties’ web sites are indicated or specific third parties’ products and/or services are remanded.
We inform you that in case you surf such web sites or use their products and/or services, the relevant Privacy Policy shall exclusively apply.

7. Security measures.

For any other spontaneous and volunteer information, being it of sensitive nature or otherwise, we inform you that we adopt the standard security measures and not cryptographic systems.
Non-authorised access or use, hardware or software fault, or other facts may any time affect your information safety.

8. Amendment of this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy may be amended and therefore we suggest you to regularly check the latest version.

9. Access, revision and amendment of your personal data.

You have the right to access and amend part of the information you communicated and filed upon registration.
Should you request it by e-mail, we shall remove your personal data from our actual data base.
Such data shall be deleted within a reasonable time and at any rate in compliance with this Privacy Policy and with the applicable law. We shall keep and maintain in our database such personal data necessary to remove or prevent frauds, to eventually recover expenses or fees due, to solve eventual controversy, to analyze failures or problems within the system, to assist the competent Authorities in carrying out investigations and in any case with respect of the applicable law.

10. International customers.

Owner of the treatment is based in ITALY

The data protection law applicable in your country may differ from the Italian law. In this regard, we inform you that upon communication of your personal data, you authorise:

• The processing and treatment of your personal data for the above identified purposes, in compliance with this Privacy Policy;
• The transfer of your personal data in Italy as above specified.

11. Waivers for eventual mistakes.

We shall do any reasonable efforts to correct any eventual mistake contained in this Privacy Policy; moreover we shall correct any eventual incompleteness or mistakes of your personal data you may communicate.

12. Legal terms.

This Privacy Policy complies with SecurityRED™ General Terms and Conditions.
In the event of any discrepancies between the provisions set forth in this Privacy Policy and SecurityRED™ General Terms and Conditions, the latter shall prevail.
This Privacy Policy is governed and construed by the applicable Italian law; all legal actions are to be taken before an Italian Court of Law.
